During Florida's re-opening plan, Family Life Center Outreach and Administrative offices are open for the limited hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. As always, Advocates are available 24 hours a day to assist victims of domestic violence and sexual assault via our Crisis Helpline. To speak with an Advocate, please call our 24-Hour Crisis Helpline at (386) 437-3505.
Also, at this time, Family Life Center is only accepting donations of UNOPENED paper products, cleaning supplies, diapers, formula, other food items and gift cards. Please call (386) 437-7747 to make drop-off arrangements for these items, or order from our Amazon needs list at https://a.co/g6YneUb to have the items delivered directly to us. We will update our donation policy and procedures as we move through the re-opening phases, keeping in-line with recommended safety guidelines.
The mission of the Family Life Center is to provide essential support services to individuals and families to end Domestic Violence and Sexual Violence in Flagler County.
The Family Life Center is a private not-for-profit social service organization providing no-cost services to individuals and families experiencing Domestic or Sexual Violence. We are committed to meeting the needs of the community and recognizing the specific challenges faced by those in rural areas of Flagler County.
The Family Life Center strives to create an environment of safe and harmonious co-existence among families residing within its facility and throughout the Flagler County community, while providing an empowerment-based model of help that is self-directed by the survivor.
The Family Life Center accepts eligible individuals and families into programs, provides program services, and makes room assignments without regard to race, color, national origin, Limited English Proficiency, hearing impairment, disability, sexual preference, gender identity, gender expression, age or racial composition.
The Family Life Center translates all vital documents for Limited English Proficiency individuals and groups. The Family Life Center provides residents with their rights and responsibilities in the language they understand.
The Family Life Center will provide accommodations, including American Sign Language interpreters, assisted listening devices, alternative formats of printed materials and real-time captioning upon request for persons who are deaf, hard of hearing or are living with disabilities.
